Facing the Challenge: Obstacles and opportunities of RRI in scientific institutions

Launched in September 2015, the NUCLEUS project focuses on overcoming institutional barriers to Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI), for a better alignment of the research and innovation process with the values, needs and expectations of society.

This year’s conference marks the mid-way point of the project and the exciting transition from capacity-building to implementation! Presentations will include:

NUCLEUS’ goal is a long-term, sustainable culture of responsible research in universities, and this is dependent on understanding the perspectives of all interacting stakeholders from policymaking, civil society, media, economy and public engagement. Join the NUCLEUS annual conference 2017 and meet a community of like-minded individuals who are developing a New Understanding of Communication, Learning and Engagement in Universities and Scientific Institutions.
