Dominik Kowald is a senior researcher in the Social Computing division at the Know-Center, Austria's leading research center for data-driven business and big data analytics. He has a PhD. Bianca Kramer (@MsPhelps) is a librarian for life sciences and medicine at Utrecht Library, with a strong focus on scholarly communication and Open Science.
